Cans Rolled to the Curb

On the day before your neighborhood’s trash pickup, our Technician will arrive and neatly roll your cans to the curb for collection.

Cans Returned the Next Day

After your waste has been picked up, we return your cans to their original location—so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Optional text alerts are available so you always know when your service is complete.

Our pricing details are available on the Pricing Page. Our Essential Can Service is ideal for a typical single- family home, with a two- car driveway. Many homes in our Northern California hillsides have extended and steep driveways. For these homes, choose the Premium Can Service. For even longer driveways, multifamily, or complex properties, if you are unsure about which plan to choose, do not hesitate to call customer service for more information.

Services are billed monthly, in advance, at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unless a request is made to cancel the service, billing will continue on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime. Payment is due on or before the first day of each period.

On demand services will be billed at the time of order. Waste removal pick up services will be quoted when the load is accessed and then billed.

Up to 3 cans are included in curbside services pricing. All of our local waste management companies offer 3 cans; waste, recycling, and green waste. Any 3 cans will be included in the service. We have noticed some families have additional recycling and green waste cans. Any type if additional cans at the same address will be an additional $5.00/ can.

To cancel your service, a 15-day advanced notice prior to your next billing cycle is required. Submit your cancellation request through our client dashboard. Subscription services can be paused if you do not want to cancel your service, but will not be in need of the services for some time. Unfortunately, no partial credits or refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service during the billing cycle.

We will automatically adjust to your waste management company’s holiday schedule.

If your trash or recycling schedule permanently change, simply let us know by reaching out to customerservicea@curbsidesolutions.com or call us. We’ll adjust your service to align with the new schedule to ensure uninterrupted convenience.

If your waste management company fails to empty your can or cans on your regularly assigned pick up day, we do not have a way to be notified by the waste management company. Please reach out to us to make us aware of the issue. If you or another client on your route alerts us to the change we will add the route to the next day for can return service. However, this can return service is not guaranteed as we may not be made aware to the change.

Yes, we offer OnDemand services for bulk pickups, junk removal, or other special requests. To request OnDemand service, fill out the OnDemand Waste Removal Form on our website. Our OnDemand Team will contact you for pricing and to schedule and complete the request within 24-48 hours.

California weather should rarely affect services. When weather-related issues, natural disasters or other serious uncontrollable events occur, we work hard to keep you updated so you’re aware of any possible delays. We will call, email, or text our customers with any changes to our service schedule.

Our Curbside Technicians are carefully vetted, trained, and undergo background checks to ensure reliability. They are professional service providers, similar to landscapers, delivering consistent and dependable service to your property.

Per your waste management company’s policy. If you wish to recycle batteries, you can place bagged batteries on top of your recycling cart per your waste management company’s policy. The Curbside Technician will place them at the curb with your recycling can.
